Easy-peasy healthy pancakes right away 


  1. Combine together all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add water and mix together.

  3. Put the pan in the stove with medium heat

  4. Place a little bit of butter or oil over the pan. 

  5. Put ¼ of the mixture into the pan, let them cook until the edges are brown and you see small bubles on the surface

  6. Flip it over and cook for another two minutes


  • 1/2 cup Siru Quinoa Flour

  • 1 tablespoon warm water

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup water

Servings: 4-5 medium size pancakes
