Gluten- free, vegan, delicious and easy pizza crust


  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (or 205ºC).

  2. Mix together the quinoa flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Whisk in water and stir it until a viscous dough has taken shape.

  3. Put the dough into the baking sheet. With your wet hands, extend the dough into a circle shape. Bake it for 20 minutes.

  4. Put the sauce and the toppings on the top of the pizza, and bake it again for another 20 minutes.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 2/3 cups Siru Quinoa Flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

  • 1 cup warm water

  • Toppings of your preference

Cooking Time:  40 minutes
