Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (or 177ºC). Grease and flour an square pan.

  2. Melt the butter and remove it from heat.

  3. Stir in the sugar and eggs. Beat the cocoa powder, quinoa flour, baking powder and salt. Then, add the dark chocolate chips into the batter.

  4. Spread the mixture into the pan.

  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

Chewy, fudgy and delicious brownie. Perfect to share.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Siru Quinoa Flour

  • 1/2 cup butter (you can use vegan butter)

  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup cane sugar

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
